This page explains the data needed to run SportCup, what a paid bid means and the rules that keep fan rankings credible.
Privacy
SportCup keeps the data needed to confirm bids and maintain ranking history: email, selected country, supported entity, 10-point rating allocation, optional fan handle, link and message, and payment identifiers.
An entity page can show the fan handle, link, message and country you chose to publish. Your email stays private. Stripe processes payment; SportCup does not receive full card numbers.
Bid records stay so the ranking history remains honest. Write to hello@sportcup.bid for access, correction or deletion requests where the law allows.
Terms
A confirmed bid increases support for a sports entity and records exactly 10 fan rating points. It does not represent an official vote, sporting result, investment or guaranteed position.
Do not publish unlawful, abusive or deceptive content, impersonate an entity representative, or bypass checkout. SportCup may hide content to protect visitors, rights holders or legal compliance.
SportCup is independent from the entities and competitions listed. Payments support operation of SportCup, not the clubs, leagues, federations or athletes.
Cookies
SportCup does not need advertising cookies. Visitor, language and short-lived bid-session cookies keep the service working. Stripe may set strictly necessary checkout cookies.
You can block cookies in the browser. Essential payment cookies follow Stripe’s rules. Theme preference may stay in local storage on your device.
